Is Muhammad Ali the #1 Heavyweight of all time?

    He is so classic fighter. I have to say he is number 1 of all time. :D

    it has nothing to do with lewis being from the uk.
    my favourite fighter is randy turpin who is british but I don't think he's in the top 10 middles of all time.
    ali being the biggest personality has nothing at all to with his greatness either.

    My own views on these bouts are as follows -


    Norton II - Ali by very close decision. Could have gone either way.

    Frazier II - Close one for Ali but clearer than Norton II.

    Young - Very messy. A draw would be fair.

    Norton III - Muhammad was lucky in this one. I award it to Norton by three points.

    Lennox is definitely top 5 in my book. I agree that it's nothing to do with him being British although it's great to have one of our own way up there :D

    I've got him close behind Ali and Louis ( though claims for either of those two for the top spot are valid ) but in a h2h I think he beats both of them.
