I can see the similarities with GGG, well spoken, classy and quiet outside the ring, an assassin inside the ring, his face suffers changes when he is hunting his prey, I think Golovkin has a legit pupil

Gassiev comes across as a genuinely nice and respectful guy. I doubt he bullied and beat up kids in his youth like Golovkin did.
He's fair and likeable. I don't think he's a fake "Good boy" like ggg. He won't be a favorite on this board he normally would be because he had the audacity to say Wilder punches the hardest. He's going to be a tough out in the WBSS
He doesn't have a lot of the nuances that Golovkin has at his peak, but he's still young and could develop them. I have him as my #2 CW in the world right now but that may change if he loses his next fight and Dorticos becomes the #2. I don't think either guy beats Usyk but I honestly think Dorticos fares better against Usyk than Gassiev does despite Gassiev appearing to be the more skilled fighter.
If Gassiev can get past Dorticos, even if he loses a decision to Usyk he has a great future. Even at HW, he'll be a decent sized HW when he moves up (6 4' and strongly built).
