I would say Campbell should at least accept some responsibility but he is clearly not to blame for the drug test not taking place which is really just another example of the gross incompitence of the sactioning bodies.

I do think that people are getting to caught up in the fact that Campbell shouldn't be punished by having his victory tainted. While this is true to a large extent, what is even more important is the larger picture in which boxing doesn't even follow its own rules. It is also clear that Campbell is also being punished for the lack of professionalism of those in charge. That the fight took place in Mexico shouldn't matter either as I'm pretty sure the ability to **** in a bottle isn't lost when crossing into another country.

Thus we shouldn't blame Campbell, but we should use this as another example of how the sactioning bodies, and boxing in general, needs to get their **** together. As others have asked, how does a drug test fail to take place at a title fight? It is absurd, and the fact that it isn't uncommon is even more unacceptable as it does nothing but take away from the integrity of the sport and the warriors who participate in it. And I suspect no one here wants that.

I'm not accusing anyone of juicing, but there is testing for a reason. Bigger suprises have happened, some athletes have juiced that no one would have ever guessed. . . James Toney?!?!?!

Don King makes Richard Nixon look like a freakin saint, who knows what happened with no tests. This is one of the reasons why so many former fans have walked away from the sport.

Very interesting but I believe "most" of the corrupt were on the side of Diaz that night . Diaz is something else for chugging on to school the next day:good

I agree Diaz was thoroughly dominated in the fight:deal
    I'm not debating that.....
All I'm saying is the fight(or the victory) is damaged goods due to the fact that necessary and fundamental rules were not followed or implemented.....It doesnt have to be Campbells fault as he is the real victim here....whether he knows it or not
And yes Diaz will bounce back just as fighters like Taylor and Kessler will
