    he is a good prospect,but is he ready?
    i am on the lines and think if he can get a fight with clinton woods that would give us a good insight of how his future looks.
    what are your thoughts?????

    No hes ****, like really really **** is a knock out waiting to happen. Please stop Cleverly threads it shows absolute desperation as british boxing fans that were clingin on to this mediocre boxer!

    Cleverly should go for his European title shot and fight the best europeans before moving into world class.I still would not mind seeing a couple more domestic fights too.

    Late 2010 would be the right time to go for a belt if he is still on track.

    No not yet but i have no doubt he'll be a legit world champion!!! I hope Warren doesn't rush him, let him, let him finish his degree!! Win the Euro title and then another 2-3 tough opponents then move him onto the world stage!!! Hes a talent for sure

    He's not ready yet, not by a long way. But he's ready for the euro. Give him his shot at that belt, let him defend a couple of times. Then give him some fights across the pond and lets see how he's doing in 18 months - 2 years.

    Apparently he's doing a maths degree - I wonder if Sky will ever pick that up in previews of his fights?

    Also, his nickname - Clev. ****ing terrible.

    Can't he call himself the Boxing Boffin, the Mathematics Mauler, the Lowest Common Dominator or summit as the Matrix seems to already have been taken.

    Oh, he ain't ready for world level yet, but Warren won't push him there for years anyhow.
