Fedor still the greater. Nogueira has a better resume though. Coleman, Filipovic, Herring, Sylvia were beaten by Nogueira first. Kharitonov, Werdum, Couture, Rodriguez and Barnett are other good wins that Fedor does not have. Then again Fedor has a dominant spell unseen by anyone else (no A. Silva has a poor MW division) including two strong wins over a prime Nogueira himself.
JJ is known for his striking, he is winning because he has only fought UFC cans. America isnt the place and UFC isnt the promotion with the best strikers in the industry. If JJ wants to get challenged in the striking department then he should go to where the strikers are, mainly in Japan, Holland and Eastern Europe. JJ would get clobbered if he tried to outstrike fighters in Golden Glory events and Golden Glory fighters.
In the end Fedor is still the GOAT, he has fought legit top strikers, legit top grapplers, legit top all rounders, legit top judo and wrestlers, top fighters from multiple promotions, and other MMA legends. All the while being underweight and chubby for his division, with no clear physical advantages.

Hendo is already #1 or #2 for me as an ATG. The best resume taking into account He is a MW. Jones might be a stretch but He may give him problems. I would be more interested in him against Anderson. If He defeats Silva, He would be the GOAT w/o question.
