Is Nomaschenko the fastest boxer to acheive Elitedom this century?

Fantastic win last night, seeing Nomas literally tear apart an elite level boxer. Never dreamt he would be so emphatic. And only his 11th fight, almost inside single figures for his resume.

Is this the fastest anyone has laid down a solid claim for elitedom?

Elite = a small group of boxers who can, by and large, beat all the others, except perhaps other elites.

Perhaps. He's been the number 2 in two divisions now and only has one close loss. He looks now to be in his prime but I don't really rate him any higher than I did yesterday.

He proved to be too big for Rigo but most expected that.

I mean I guess he'd be odds on to RTD every other belt holder in his division so there is that.

I still don't think he can ranked higher than Golovkin or Crawford yet as they actually have unified their divisions.
