Is Oscar Rivas coming back?

    He was supposed to fight Gerald Washington in February, but the fight was cancelled after he failed eye test shortly before the bout... Now he's scheduled to fight in June in Montreal, what's that all about? Is his eye suddenly OK? Will he step up in the nearest future or the plan his to continue fighting journeymen?

    he went to see the eye specialist John Fury. he got sorted out

    His eye is fine its just that you cant fight in california if you got a repaired retina

    For example.sugar ray leonard would not be allowed to fight in california nowaday

    Yeah, me too, I'm surprised to see that he is back so quick. I was anxious to see him in a bigger fight and I hope that this year he will fight someone on Washington's level, if that comeback is for real. Rivas is not that young, he needs to step up.

    He probably can't get a license to fight in the US, his next fight is scheduled in Canada against TBA.
