And you ever wonder why Pacquiao filed the lawsuit? People is presuming he is guilty of PEDs or steroids because of the Mayweathers. People like you. Unless NSAC is the one doing the drug tests, Pacquiao has all the reason to say no.

Guess what. Pacquiao did not duck nor said no to the testing. He agreed to be tested, but not on Mayweather's terms.

LAWS are ammended ALL the time , just to keep with times ... lots of laws become OBSOLETE so they need to be changed... an example comes to mind: urine only testing 4 a boxing match.... well, nowadays we have a lot better methods to detect some illegal drugs , like blood tests, just because lots of PEDS won't show in a urine test, and tbh, they won't all even show in a blood test, but that's the best we can do for now, and we should always strive 4 the best, don't we??

True enough. But it takes time for laws to be passed and implemented. If this is really the intent of Junior and Golden Fraud Promotions for the betterment of "boxing" in whole, then they need to take the proper steps to do so. Not try to enforce it on a boxer who has passed every single test before his fight.

What Junior & Golden Fraud P should've done is DECLINE this fight from the very beginning until stricter drug testing is in place. Not try to get their demands met under the guise of allegations that PAC is a drug user. This of course if they really are serious about their plight.
