So many post here that the real issue is muddled.

One thing that seems to be always constant with floydettes is that Pac totally refuse random blood test, whereas, the other side contend that Pac disagrees with test timing like because it is random, he could be tested so close to the fight like in the Morales - pac 1.

    So which is which?

The goal for GBP/Mayweather is for the news headlines to appear that Pac doesn't want to do the testing, period. They've succeeded mostly in that even though, in reality Pac is OK with random testing except very close to the fight.

Setting a date for a RANDOM test isnt RANDOM. Pac agreed to have pre-set dates for testing, but none within 30 days of the fight. Now to a normal person that would seem very odd. But to *******s there is nothing wrong with that, and they cant understand why that isnt good enough, even thou the experts have stated that, that kind of testing wouldnt prevent a person from taking some forms of PED's...The object here is to ensure that pac isnt on something, and not simply to get him to agree to take blood because they think it will weaken him.

Arum said no testing within 30 days of the fight. Random or otherwise.
Pac said no testing within 3 days without mentioning whether tests before 3 days would random/non-random. One can only conclude that camp Pacquiao is very confused.
Yet 40 million dollars is on the line.
I do wonder why they would be so confused about a simple issue like this?:huh

I think it's obvious that Pac is likely juicing, in my opinion.

The issue of a blood test so close to the fight is understandable. You don't want bruising or sore arm with a fight so close.

So what is a reasonable timeframe that a blood test not allowed. Because if it is a random test, what is the guarantee that test would not be done 3 days or 2 days before the fight.

Apparently, Pac had blood test during the Pac-Morales fight and stated that he felt weak during the fight. Now, whether it is valid is not for debate because afterall, it might be more psychological or mental than physical.

One thing that you have to understand with elite athletes - they are very superstitious.

Tiger wears red during the last round, some football players don't take a bath for weeks just to not jinx a winning streak, others always wear the same brief, etc.

Ive given blood lots of times and afterwards the doctor always
says have something to eat so you wont feel weak ???

Im sure someone who is on a 7'000 calorie a day diet won't feel weak
    after a blood test :deal

manny will be eating well to make 147 and will feel strong

floyd walks around at 159 and will have to cut weight to make 147
    AND GIVE BLOOD
and im sure floyd is not on 7,000 calories a day :deal

STOP WITH THE **** EXCUSES MANNY AND SIGN THE CONTRACT

There is a disconnect between Arum and Pac on the cut-off date. Arum seems to say 30 while Manny says a few days before the fight is OK. It will still be random if the test is unpredictable between say Jan to March 8, and another blood test a few minutes after the fight. I don't think the 5 days without blood testing (Urine test is OK anytime and random) is going to compromise the accuracy of the test. This is far and above what the NSAC requires.

The disconnect could be because Arum is the negotiator and wants to exaggerate. In negotiation, if you offer a feet, the opponent will counter-offer with an inch.

The main reason why Pac is opposed to Mayweathers' ridiculous demand on RANDOM testing is because GBP has connections with USADA.

This will be the scenario of the so called RANDOM testing:

They will draw blood from PAC 1 day before the fight at 3 AM and call it RANDOM while they will draw blood from MONEY 5 days before the fight at regular time and also call it RANDOM.

Since it is a RANDOM testing, then the schedule to get blood from both fighters will be different and GBP will make sure that they will have the advantageous schedule thereby DRAINING PAC of energy.
