I'm trying to think of bigger matchups that never happened and I cant come up with one bigger than Pac/Floyd.

What are some other big matchups that never happened?

Lewis/Bowe had nowhere near the demand that Pac/Floyd has.

I dont even think the boxing world cared much for that fight. Now Vitali/Lewis II was a MUCH more anticipated fight that never happened.

Bowe V Lewis was a massive fight. So much bad blood at the time.

Floyd needs Pacman for his legacy, but he is waiting so long people know what he is doing. Waiting for Pacman to get old. Pacman does not need Floyd for his legacy. Interesting how the guy who needs the fight does not want it and the guy who doesn't wants it. This is why Pacman is great, he takes challenges.

i really hope this fight still gets made. for both fighters' sake and for the boxing fans as well. regardless of who wins, this is a massive fight that should go down as part of history.
