Pac-Oscar will destroy interest in boxing regardless of who won the fight.

It will help boxing specially if PAC will do the impossible and upsets Hoya. It will stir the imagination of millions of casual fans and hook them to the sport. They will realize that boxing is indeed an exciting and entertaining sport.

PAC is long regarded as one of the saviour of boxing... In this fight, the saviour will finally eliminate one of boxing's evil character...

That post is funny and scary at the same time.
Maybe scary cuz some of Pac's fans actually think this way with little shrines and candles in their homes. :D

It's just a portrayal of good over evil. Of the two, PAC and Oscar, who do you consider the good and the evil for boxing?

How can it not be good for boxing.

Fighters win and loose all the time, so what if Pac loose cos hes too small or Oscar cos hes too old?

The important thing is this will attract mainstream attention. Attracting mainstream attention should be treated like an audition, you impress when it matter after you been given the chance. Whoever wins or loose, the public will be happy with the action they get to see in this fight and would probably capture alot of fans.

If that fight happens then Pac has turned over to the dark side.

Oscar isn't bad but his name is so big everyone wants to fight him regardless of the meaning of the fight. Until he retires, sadly this is the case. We have to remember team Pac is chasing the fight not Hoya, just as earlier in the year it was Team Cotto and Team Mayweather. So, its not all Hoya's fault as they come to him.

oscar-cotto would attract more viewers and would be more mainstream ever than a circus fight...

plus pac has only a slim chance and even people who don't know much about boxing can see that, stop hyping the fight..you know it very well, if something bad happens to pac i'm putting the blame on those who think this is good:twisted:
