You are mistaking intelligence with physical prowess! That is the most idiotic post ever.

Intelligence is about absorbing something and learning from it and applying that knowledge or skill..

    Intelligence is defionesd as :

    a. The capacity to acquire and apply knowledge.
    b. The faculty of thought and reason.
    c. Superior powers of mind. See Synonyms at

    .

If I increase my bench press by 20 per cent, that does not make me intelligent.

And don't debate with me because you simply don't have the what you call it "Intelligence" to do so.

YOu are thinking about a major PHOBIA....what PAC has stated LONG before is that he always feels weak after giving blood and in his mind he's not 100% for days to follow. He stated that clearly in a interview leading up to the EM rematch. He's stated that back in 2004 and 2005.

PAC isn't distressed or fearful of drug testing bro....he jsut doens't wnat this fight game to be ****ed up so he had stipulations on the BOGUS demands to begin with....regarding how close to the fight blood can be withdrawn.

Why do Floyd fanatics always "choose" not to call Floyd out on his obvious bull****?

Those two events are absolutely unrelated, if you see a precedent being set with the USADA why would it be necessary to have a cut off? The difference in the two is that the possibility remained inside of the 18 days that the fighters COULD be tested, even if they weren't. With a hard line cut off you eliminate the possibility of having a test, hence you open the door for potential cheating. There is a huge difference between the two. The key and what you are missing is it's not about cut off dates, it's about it being random, if the test inside the 18 day window so be it, if they don't whatever, but the possibility exists and the tests are completely random.
