he asked for random drug testing and thats what he got. He dosent own the company that does the testing if he went the extra mile then it wouldnt be random we would know that tests would be closer to the fight. Had he did he would have looked like a whining baby. Mosley is a known cheat but he is clean now and he proved it. you missing one thing here. Mosley would have never cheated because he never knew weather or not they were going to show up again

He can not dictate when they are going to take the test but he can demand HOW they are going to do the test, which was PRECISELY WHAT THE ISSUE WAS WITH THE PAC NEGOTIATIONS. And from all the bruhaha he demanded and screamed (which you *****sexuals rode the bandwagon), they did not even do it right. BASICALLY, USADA NOT DOING IT AS SUPPOSED TO BE DONE IS ENTIRELY THE FAULT OF USADA - A CONVENIENT EXCUSE. Afterall, USADA is not an independent body in this party solely because they were hired or contracted by Mayweather and GBP (simply because USADA NEVER had legal or governing jurisdiction in professional sport). There was never a tie-up with NSAC and USADA and the testing was therefore paid by a private person or corporation, not a sporting commisssion. Thus, they are not independent, per se.
