Thing is that Manny has been made to look mortal multiple times, at varying stages of his career, and the myth that he was some sort of phenomenon at certain points is disproved by individual performances sprinkled throughout his career. He is the same guy he's always been...

You know nothing about boxing, and I'm not going to bother reading your drivel.

You have stated multiple times in various threads that you irrationally hate Floyd, so to act as if your opinion is somehow less biased or more reasonable is idiotic.

No, I don't think he is. I had always picked Pacquiao to beat Floyd but in the past couple of years, he's really started to slow down. I think he'll have maybe 2 more fights before retiring. He isn't shot yet but he has visibly slowed and his body seems to be failing him. He's nowhere near as good as he was in 2008/2009. That version of Pacquiao would have knocked Floyd out but this version in 2012 likely loses a decision.

Pacquiao only fought mosley since he looked bad in his fight against mayweather.

Same with hatton, he wouldn't have the balls to fight him only after he's been exposed by mayweather first..

so you think he would of done the same thing to these fights at the time floyd fought them?

Pacquiao is a threat to anybody. Pac 09 > Floyd and this is why Floyd avoided him.

Brian, you are smarter than this. You got to use logic sometimes man. Try it and you will see wonders.

He never was that much of threat anyway. I don't understand why people suddenly think Pacquiao is not the same. He is the same fighter hes always been. In 2009-2010 he was fighting tailor made opponents who suited his style hence why he looked better. For Example in 2008 Marquez beat him. In 2011 Marquez beat him again.

Marquez is too conservative, his china chin is holding him back too much.

that's the eye that cotto ****ed up in the first fight with that cheating *******. the cheater has never been the same since. it's why the cheater went into the fight with shane with a ****ed up back and eye. shane finished what cotto started. in the rematch with the cheater (who should have been banned for life) cotto was coasting and the cheater didn't do **** to slow him down. he should thank god the dr stopped it because he might have lost that eye. cotto couldn't miss with the hook. if u didn't see the improvements in that fight and the subtle things cotto did to make the fight easier...then i have to question ur boxing knowledge. i can tell u exactly what was different.

dominated by mayweather!? that was the toughest fight of mayweathers career. floyd admitted it...why can't u?

it was no secret that morales had trouble making weight since the first fight with pac. the fight with raheem was at 135 and the rematch with pac was at 130. that's when the drain game began. why not fight the guy who beat him instead? pac and arum acted like that never happened. it was pure bull****. that raheem would have beat pac.
