Honestly, I'm not in favor of that yet.

There's a lot of gap to fill at 130.

    Soto
    Guzman
    Barrios
    Juarez
    Valero
    Fana

    and especially Marquez.

These fights alone can bring him big bucks and a chance to build his legacy even more. 135 can wait.

I agree... he still has a lot of unfinished business at 130.... But we don't know, maybe he has a trouble making 130 now as what I've heard.

Pacman should fight Marquez and Guzman at 130 and then move up.

Even this fight with Barrera is bull****, not a challenge, Barrera is shot.

Beat Marquez and Guzman, easily the best in the division. Then move up and win some belts.

Actually no. When Pac moved up to 126 to fight Barrera, the reason is he wants to do Greater things & Fight a legendary fighter. Also to make a lot of Money.

Pac moved up to 130 after just 3 fights at 126, when JMM say no to rematch. Then he Challenged himself again to fight another Legendary fighter in Morales at 130. Of course that fight is th more lucrative fight in the Horizon at that time.

After Dominating Morales in the 2 fights, The best Money fights available is this Saturday's fight with Barrera. He's only Making $2M plus Phil TV Rights & PPV cut for this fight. If he dominates MAB, I'm sure he'll make a lesser Money fighting the next best fighter there in JMM. And we knew JMM's Management is Pain in the ass to deal with.

BY moving up at 135, Pac's fight will create more hype by fighting English speaking Champions like all Diazes & Katsidis for Bigger purse of course. The fights will be more Competitive. It will be better for his Legacy being a Lightweight Champ than just a Jr Lightweight Champ.

It's up to JMM, Guzman, Valero & Soto to Chase Pac at 135 if they really want to get Paid Big Bucks. Because that is what Pac did when he moved up in weight & Chase Barrera & Morales.

Pac is not earning the right money but not because hes not fighting the right fighters nor is it cos his PPV is lacking, its simply cos hes not a very good businessman. PBF did less PPV numbers in his fight against Judah & Baldomir yet got paid 3-4* more...maybe his motto has something to do with that.

I think Pac moving up to 135 is a sign to Prove he is the Best P4P & to entice PBF to move down in weight so they can Make the Superfight. That fight will be easy $15M each for both fighters.

If that were to happen I'd like his first fight to be Katsidas ..

He cant leave 130 yet if he wants to fight marquez i dont think marquez would be very effective at 135. however i see SOTO chasing him up to 135 and knocking his ass out like he did to Bobby. if not Juan will take care of him. by the way Guzman would get knocked out by Pacqiuao so fast. look at his stance his right hand is so low that its an invitation for mannys left to come in and end it in under 3 rounds. Valero can probably go up to but yea i dont see anything special in him yet.
