Pac's offer to fight Cotto was just a smoke screen. He knows that he wants none of Miguel's at a healthy weight. Reason he wants to distract/weight drain him to fight.

At 54 Cotto would have made a great fight. If Pac would have beaten Cotto @ 54 like the *******s claim it would happen it would have been better for his legacy than a 4th fight vs JMM. His stock with FMJr. would have gone way up and bring exciting into the fight once again.

If he wanted to demostrate something, that was his opportunity. Cotto on his terms with OST.

Very true,doe the ATG pull what Pac has done? Ray Leonard fought Duran after he lost to him,he didn't fight a guy he felt he beat 3 times.. He knows Floyd and Cotto @ 54 would send him into retirement so he decides to fight Juan and get another gift decision..

so what can you say when cotto wants margarito at 150? cotto wants his unhealthy self fighting margarito?

they fought at 153. but why are you guys saying that cotto is only healthy at 154 when he wants to defend his title at 150 against margarito just a fight before floyd?

 

Maybe cotto wanted to drain margarito as much as he could, cotto may drain himself to get to that weight but it would have a much bigger effect on margarito. :deal

 

cotto looks slow at 154. he was never a big WW when he was fighting at the weight. he is also never a big LMW. only ******s would say that only at 154 where cotto would be healthy when he wants margarito at 150. it would be better for him to cut some weight to remove the excess weight and he would be fighting with more mobility. the same is true with pac. he looks more faster and more mobile when he weighed lighter than 147 than at the exact limit.
