Excuse me, but this is pure disrespect to Bernard Hopkins. Pacquiao's resume does not even come close to being as good as Hopkins.

top 25 ATG for me. He's a fighter that you'll mention to your grand kids, a fighter that will not be forgotten. Mexican big 3, oscar, hatton, cotto, margarito etc. fighter of the decade, 8 division titles.

pac is a legit top 40 ATG I wouldn't argue with as high as 30. haven't liked the way he's been managed post cotto and the way he just sits back and doesn't do **** about it but to deny cotto and everything that came before it is crazy! his resume is crazy and he's beaten numerous dudes he really shouldn't have on paper. he was ko'd a couple times and outboxed on a few occasions which hurts a bit but without a doubt one of the best of our generation below b-hop, mayweather and rjj and excitement factor adds to his legacy.

It's not ALL about H2H abillity. But his accomplishment in the ring clearly makes him an ATG. Pacquiao and Mayweather probably woops alot of the old-atg fighters too.

Well, Pac shits on Floyd's resume all day. So if Pac ain't ATG, what is Floyd? LOL :rofl

People on here is being sarcastic and is putting Pac on 60 - 70, but did they even realize that if you put Pac on 60 - 70, that would make Floyd 100 - 110. :rofl

Manny not being able to beat a career ATG Middleweight or SRL who began his career at Welterweight.

Does not mean he's not a ATG.

Manny begn his career at 108!!!

FYI. Can anyone name a fighter tht has won both the Boxing wirters Fighter of the Decade and Ring Fighter of the decade who isn't in any ATG lists.

Manny won both of these for a reason!

His career above 130 got overrated because no one knew how he would handle WW. What a lot of his fans ignore is Roach is on video saying how he chose fighters based on whether or not he felt Manny could beat them. Once Roach felt these fighters were beatable, the fights got signed. That's my biggest problem with Pacquaio's resume.

Then you have to remember Morales was considered to be past his prime in the FIRST fight against Pacquaio. Lampley and company were talking about how Pac was the favorite to win because Morales was slowing down. Also, I feel, as well as others, that Marquez beat Pac all three times.

Having said all that, Pac is still an ATG. I would say top 40 but I don't know a whole lot about the fighters of the past so I can't really say.

After rewatching pacquiao vs Bradley I can see how Bradley got the decision. Fight was definitely closer than it appeared to be.
