Delahoya was weight drained and past his prime when Pac fought him and that's an undeniable fact.:deal

What Pac did was great but his victory owes a lot to DLH being drained and past-prime, you're just too biased to put the two together!

The same could be said about Mayweather. In fact, the same could be said about 90% of top fighters in history. Very rarely will you get a guy that everyone loves.

Exactly what i'm saying....Pac was a lightweight 135 lbs going up to fight a jr middleweight 154 lbs @ the welterweight limit of 147 lbs. But when people talk about this fight all you hear is weight drained excuses.

But everyone seems to forget pac was fighting @ 147 lbs for the first time and was untested above 135. Yet when this fight is mention the never ending weight drained excuse comes up over and over.

    Like my title said underappreciated:deal

true but sometimes you just gotta give them props. Love em or hate em the dude is a freaking beast.

Cotto never made excuses for the 145 lbs fight. He even said he felt strong but the haters makes that excuse for him for some reason.:D

In spite of the carefull matchmaking, Pac is getting his just dues.

The only people who think he is underappreciated are fans like you who expect everyone else to see Pac as godlike!

I'm not denying any of that, not at all.

But in hindsight, DLH was in terrible shape that night and ended up quitting on his stool. You have to give credit to Pac for the win but as I said that horrible ****** Roach said after the fight that he knew Oscar couldn't pull the trigger any more, hence the matchup.

That's one win of Pacs that I discount as being meaningful, because it wasn't, his own trainer admitted it.

The thing is ,pac's latest opponants are hand picked to make him look good. Sure he looks great but one has to realize these guys are there for a big payday with the whole idea to make manny look grea. no counterpunchers, or boxers, mostly come forward guys. aso at garbage catchweights. When did roberto duran fight for a title at a catchweight ? He actually leapt over the Junior welterweight division. So ,therefor could have been a four division champ !
