Floyd only agreed to the one demand PAC had which was the weight penalty which was just as ******ed as the OSDT demands Floyd had. The demands were just obstacles to prevent the fight from happening. Had PAC accepted 14 days Floyd would have found anther way out. And Josh had a very close and contraversial loss at the hands of Cotto......other than that PAC hasn't fought a guy coming off a loss since the EM rematch.
