I don’t have to address your fake news alternative facts. What we do know on the record is that Floyd passed all drug and urine tests. He submitted to USADA Olympic style comprehensive drug testing. Clear Conor McGregor is not a sane person not sure if this is due to abusing drugs or substances but something not right with him that much I would say. I fly Virgin Atlantic Upper Class instead of BA Business Class so what. I have no issues with Pacquiao’s historical standing. Great fighter and ATG just not in top 10 in my opinion. I am a boxing man and historian and knowledgeable about the game. I have a lot of personal favorites not in the top 20 ATG. In fact there I guys I personally disliked in fact 1 I actually hated in the top 10 though I respect him as an ATG. I am a Mayweather man I don’t deny it but this is the thing I like Pacquiao as well. Liking one guy does not mean you hate the other. The problem with some of you is you have no balance. Some guys hate Floyd as a person they cannot appreciate the great fighter.

 

100% Yes. His resume and achievements in the sport are insane, I think history will look back at Pacquiao very fondly and he will be seen by many as top 10 of all time, he is already the best of his era and his era had Mayweather in it and Pacquiao surpassed him.

• Pac has undergone VADA testing in 5 fights (Floyd refused to enroll in VADA testing for their fight)

• Pac fought bigger sturdier men above 140; in fact, only 2 opponents from his 2019-2019 run had been stopped before (Margarito and Matthysse)

The fact that you give a free pass to Floyd for his illegal IV use, ducking of VADA, and the drug test penalty says you're a blind nuthugger.

I didn't include Fitzsimmons, Gans, and Walcott because of the lack of footage, but I still included Greb because there was sufficient footage of his opponents to gauge his abilities. I took into account the number and quality of fighters they beat for the most part, but guys like Emile Griffith, Tommy Loughran, or Maxie Rosenbloom who had high numbers of quality victories without having the same kind of athleticism or technique I graded lower. Likewise, Eder Jofre or Willie Pep who might not have as many big names as the others but who obviously had skills for days I graded higher than their record maybe deserved on it's own. I took into account past prime wins, but didn't grade down for taking some late Ls. I assume that anyone testing himself at the highest level will lose a certain percent of the fights. Roy Jones didn't do himself any favors hanging around until he was nearly 50 but he accomplished so much in his twenties and early thirties that I'm not going to hold that against him.
