agree with the mayweathers. but being articulate is more than about your grasp of the language. it has more to do with your grasp of the subject and i don't think pac fares too well on subjects other than boxing. well, it's just my perception of his level of knowledge.

Do you actually know what IQ mean? Being uneducated doesn't mean a low IQ.

Granted, many of these fighters have minimal education, but that doesn't mean a low IQ.

He's going to school. He gets decent education in the Philippines. And he gets on the job training. From my observation, he's improved on his public speaking skills from 2003 when he bursted onto the scene.

He does however, not answer questions correctly. Its kinda like Ms Philippines 2010. He kinda gives the wrong answer.

The thing I like about Pac is his willingness to learn new things, whether its singing, being a congressman or starring in action (lame) movies.

I give him about 10 years to improve his english without the filipino accents.

That's a great point. I wonder how Pacquiao fared during campaigns and debates (if he had any) and how he's answered questions about local issues during interviews, all in his native language.

5 years as a personnel psychologist for the office of personnel mgmt. I have given over 1000 iq and personality tests to military for fitness of duty exams.

Yes there is a bilinear covariance between education and IQ. I think your the one who doesnt know since I am an expert on the subject.

He never did. He stayed away from debates. All he displayed was a genuine desire to help his people, and yea, being a world-class athlete did help. It was enough to win him a seat in congress. I hope it's enough for him to be effective.

That gave you credence to make a swooping statement of most boxers having a low iq?

I wonder what your office needs the exam for. They already have you to predetermine a person's IQ.

This is why I always say people should interview him in his native language with an interpreter.

So Floyd Mayweather Jr, a boxer, has low IQ then? That makes sense...

I sincerely doubt your credentials. I may change my mind if you can guess why and care enough to respond.

In English? No. Perhaps, in his native tongue.
