    After tonight I think he is. He won a title that no other filipinio has ever held including the great Flash Elorde who repetitively tried to but just couldnt win a Lightweight world title, and spare me the paper title junk, Pac looked really impressive and beatdown a legitimate top 10 lightweight.

    5 titles in 5 different weight classes, i think he is.

    Wasnt there less belts during Elorde's time. I hated when Morales tried to beat Diaz for a paper title and wasnt going to consider Morales the first Mexican to win titles in four weight classes so I dont really consider Manny a LW champ either.
