    Pacquiao has slowly but surely drop his agreed cut off from 21 to 7 days.

    At this rate, does that mean he will finally agree to full blood testing with no cut off when all the evidence has left the body sometime in November?

    Is that why he is trying to stall the mega fight with Mayweather and has fought punching bag Clottey, plodding Margarito and now a shot to **** Mosley in the mean time?

    He is letting his body clean while he takes on these easy fights.
