Good nutrition and hard work in the gym => Improved physique and condition.

Not much of a mystery there.

I didn't even read all this BS, but I will go back and read it...

It isn't just his damned weight! Why can't you *******s understand that? It is a COMBINATION of physiological, athletic, and behavioral factors that make this strange.

Pac topped out at carrying his power/stamina up at 125-130. There he wasn't stopping shot Barerra quickly or multiple KD Marquez at all and going the distance with guys like Larios. Larios who was stopped in 3 the fight before by Vazquez. Guys with close to or more than 50 fights! He also was out boxed by Morales who was also at the end of his career. Pac was at the end of his physical limit. It was over.

Every fighter in the game (bar some HWs) cuts weight. ALL OF THEM! Pac is no exception. A fighter cuts to have the best weight class to natural power ratio. Pac stayed at 130 because that is where his NATURAL body was comfortable at. Look at his brother. His brother has almost IDENTICAL physical stats! His ring weight was due to hydration not cutting of anything of substance. Then Pac began his ascension to "greatness"... This is where the PED use most likely began.

Pac takes on Diaz and took a full 9 rounds to KO him. The same Diaz it took Holt 8. Diaz is there to be hit. Diaz was fine for a post fight interview too. After that "test" Pac just kept "growing" (not needing to cut weight) and so did his KO percentage. Most telling, so did the DEVASTATION of his punching ability.

Then when challenged to take drug tests Pac starts lying and ducking. Even worse he starts ONLY fighting in house fighters. Next thing you know Pac is now 30+ years old, throwing 8 punch combinations showing no signs of fatige, cracking facial bones on iron chinned solid 154 pounders, AND STILL refusing drug tests.

F that. F you. If Pac is clean? Take the tests and lets have the fight of the century. Thing is, Pac won't. Pac is on drugs.

Please. Fighters don't "re-peak" after 30+ years of age.

    You are delusional.

    Exactly.

Nobody here doubts Pac's talent and/or work ethic in the gym. It is just that the human body and the ravages of time are a constant.

Pac's current level of dominance given his brutal (to himself) style and age just don't make sense. :bart

Exactly. Mosley didnt gain weight so does that mean he was clean? Most athletes that take drugs do so in order to improve performance without weight gain.

Yep. It isn't the "strength" etc that goes per se... it is the RECOVERY that sucks. Once a fighter gets up there he can't maintain the brutal schedule it takes to complete a camp AND show up for a fight 100%. The PEDs aid/enhance the recovery.

Only guys who do are guys like Hopkins and Calzaghe who basically became "Boxing Monks" and even then they are blessed with good genes.

No you are just a hater with a drizzle of racist. 99% of the people who bash your hero present plausible arguments.

At one point though people were talking about how Pac had a 2,000 calorie diet just to stay up in weight. When they were selling him as a smaller man coming up to beat up bigger men. Now they are saying that he was draining himself earlier and this is his more natural weight.

Which is it? This is why people get suspicious, its seems like every time someone questions something they come up with different reasons. To many inconsistencies.

If Pac was draining himself to the point that he was way weaker, why didn't he move up in weight class earlier, and how does this fit in with the 2000 calorie diet that he had to eat just to maintain his weight?

-- Reason I lost the Morales fight...
    -- Heavy training...
    -- Cultural thing...

Lies! Lies! And mo' Lies! :hammertime
