I think he was probably at his best in the Diaz or De La Hoya fights. If he fights for a few more years, we'll certainly find out where he's at career wise. To me, the toughest fights he could take are the following: Martinez, Mayweather, Bradley and Berto. Those are losable fights - in my opinion.

Pacquiao was offered a career high 7 million to fight Marquez straight after their rematch......Pacquiao refused it to fight Diaz for half of the 7 million.

To the *******, if it was dehyration, Pacquiao would have taken the offer for a third fight right away at 135 lbs instead of the Diaz fight, but of course Pacquiao knew Marquez would have beat him at 135 lbs as well, where Marquez offered to go to fight him.

Yes. He may have been slightly faster in the past, but now he's as complete a fighter as he's gonna get. This is his peak in terms of complete boxing skills.

Hmmmm, I dont know, he looked all so complete in his destruction of Erik Morales, and then all of a sudden all so lacking skillwise in his rematch with Marquez.

No. He is like a plane on decent but Pacquiao is still on higher level than most most fighters in his class.

I think he's a little past his prime. He does look a little slower and he looked tired late on against Margarito.

he peaked in the diaz and hoya fight...still prime against hatton....

started to decline in the cotto fight onwards....in the cotto fight he cant seem to sustain the in and out motion and resorted to a rope a dope in spots prolly to rest...and when cotto rode his bike, pac gets irritated somewhat chasing cotto...i thinks his legs cant sustain the rate it has been during his younger days....

After the Pac-Barrera 2 and Pac-Marquez 2, everybody thought (including me) Pac is in decline. After the show he put on Diaz, we knew he hasn't even primed yet.

I say, if he fight a Berto or Bradley and lost a few rounds, he is probably declining.

Yes he is, you don't have to bring your A Game when fighting Clottey and Marg. His motivation said it it all, when he fights people who are considered genuinely dangerous he picks it up. Expect another 18months of 'prime' Pacquiao before you see any decline.

I think he's still the same fighter that fought Cotto, he's just not as motivated anymore due to the opposition and politics.
