I have the first 2 fights on DVD and scored the first fight with Pac ahead by 2 points and scored the 2nd fight 114-113. Scored and rewatched several times and had similar results. Funny how my scoring was very comparable to the judges who had decades of judging experience. :think I guess you're trying to say all of us are incompetent at scoring because it doesn't match to how you scored the fights? The fights were close and could have gone either way. So don't act like it was a robbery because it just make you look so biased.

Nope, saying you're. 65% of the voters here had Marquez wining. 20% to Pac and 15% a draw. Another poll I saw earlier was 80% for Marquez, although that could've been the same poll. 14 experts had Marquez winning, a few had a draw and only 1 scored the fight for Pac. I guess we can safely assume that a fair decision was rendered for their 3rd fight, if judges with "judging experience" *cough* Arum's money *cough* saw Pac winning the fight. Do I have to give you the statistics on how the 2nd fight was scored with press-row and boxing journalist? Yeah, it's possible to score the fights for Pac. I imagine you found a good way to score all the fights for Pac. :good I personally had Pac only winning the first one. Marquez has his number, he schools him for the majority of the fight and wins most of the rounds. The third fight was clearer than ever, and the second fight was pretty obvious to most watching. Yes, it could be scored for Pac, although you'd have to be ultra generous, particularly giving the two closest swing rounds to Pac in order for him to even win. Yeah, but I'm so biased for having the balls for being objective and honest. I guess half of ESB is biased for Marquez. Some sort of anti-Pac conspiracy.

Of the 3 fights, the 3rd fight was as convincing to me as the 1st for a Pac victory. I think because there was such a high expectation for Pac to just steamroll JMM, JMM making it a close fight translated to a JMM victory for many including Pac's own fans. Pac was outlanded in the 1st two fights but was saved from defeat by the knockdowns he scored on JMM. In this 3rd fight JMM landed the cleaner more visible punches, but Pac outlanded him by a considerable margin. JMM looked spectacular in the rounds he won. But did he win more rounds than Pac? Not on my scorecards. Not on the 3 official scorecards. Not on Lederman's scorecards.

pac doesn't have to hit you a lot for swelling to occur. look at what he did to mosley.

Oh, okay I see. So, what you're saying is that we're almost all biased here and you've got it right. You don't look biased here in saying that. I scored the fight 3 times, each time I reviewed the fight Marquez won wider than the previous viewing.

Fights are scored on round by round basis. How do you know who outlanded who unless you count the punches yourself? Compubox is some boxing nerd pushing buttons. It's not some infallible robot.

Let me see your scorecard. Lederman also said this gem of a line last night, "Pac's winning on effective aggression, he's winning as the ring general with his footwork, and he's winning on defense because look who's got the most swelling." Lederman prefers aggressive fighters, unless Ali or Sugar Ray is fighting. This much is very well understood.

Honestly, this is the most ******ed logic I've ever heard to who should've won based on clean effective punching. It's beyond comprehension in some ways. It's why this thread from My2Sense is genius. They just don't know how it happened because Marquez looked to land better shots but his face isn't as swollen? :blood

A couple of reasons, maybe. First, fighters swell differently. Second, older fighters generally swell worse. Third, fighters whose weight has increased can also enable more swelling. Basically a fatter fighter will swell worse than a thinner fighter. Swelling is never an indicator for clean, head-snapping punches anyway. Malignaggi marked up Khan's face for Christ Sake.
