Even those that only saw him fight at 147 would be dumb as **** to call him overrated.

Is Morales a great fighter? Is Barrera a great fighter? Is Marquez a great fighter?

hmmm, that's a good observation. sometimes i am inclined to believe this "destiniy" thing. never in his wildest dream that one day he will be where he is now.

If Marquez who can't win against Pacquiao is great, why is Pacquiao over rated?

He's not overrated by most (general boxing fans), but *******s and casual fans do overrate him, I once heard someone saying Pacquiao is one of the greatest boxers of all time, so it depends on who are we talking about, but generally I wouldn't say so.

If Barrera lose to Pacquiao twice, is Barrera over rated? Or we can simply justify this. Barrera is great, but he lost to pacquiao even if pacquiao is over rated because of distractions in his camp.

If dela Hoya was so great, why did he fail to see that he can't win against pacquiao during their fight? Why did he initiate the fight in the first place, if he knows he will lose? And why was pacquiao a massive underdog against dela hoya if he (was) over rated?

If he is over rated, why is it that experts consider him to be almost at par with Mayweather, and that people say that the only fight that matters at this point is between pac and mayweather. Is mayweather over rated as well?

Depends. The ones who think he is superman and think he is going to beat mayweather def do overrate him.

But on the other hand there are a whole lot of fight fans. Who think he was extremely good and fun to watch in the 130 years, but a bit one dimensional. And with Roach he became a lot more all round in the years after. However, we also see that he has done a lot of cherry picking since the 2nd Marquez fight. He went trough 135 and 140 fighting Diaz and Hatton. Both were horrible opponents at that time. Oscar was a circus act. On the other hand, Cotto was a brilliant win. But still, making Cotto draign down leaves a bad taste.

I think he is underrated by most people, his performances are legendary stuff and his resume is great.
However those that act like he is the goat or a top 10 atg and would beat leonard stuff like that is cringeworthy and usually said by people who only know pac and are just *******s.
