    Short answer?

    No!

    Long answer?

    Not at this time.

IF Pac were to beat Floyd Mayweather you could TRY and build an argument.

    Otherwise... not so much.

Let's settle how Ray Charles Leonard became known as 'Sugar' Ray Leonard:

"Born in 1956 in Rocky Mount, North Carolina, Ray Charles Leonard was named after his mother's favorite singer, Ray Charles. But it was another celebrity's nickname that would ultimately stick to Leonard---that of former boxing great 'Sugar' Ray Robinson. Leonard emerged in the late 1970s to become one of the greatest boxers of all time, in the process recycling Robinson's prefix to become 'Sugar' Ray Leonard."

Hell No!, top 40 at best.

That being said, another win over Cotto or Peterson/Bradley I think will put him in the no.1 spot.

IS a fighter still in his prime after a KO? You guys are putting aside a hundred years of boxing.. Even if you had him as the best in the last 20 years he is still not the number one of all time.. but real boxing fans and even most Pac fans will agree..
