    Seriously, UliUli is very special.

I was sure nobody could breath with such a high tardness level.

I thought Oscar was gonna murder Pac too until I saw the sickly looking shape he was in....

A lot of the people that picked Oscar to win were thinking more of the Oscar that fought PBF, not the one that showed up to fight Pac, he did not look like the same fighter at all... Didn't Pac actually weigh more than Oscar on fight night? I knew it was over then.

, people like Uliuli were probably the inspiration for his masterpiece article.

    Excerpts:

...Previously, I had written about the common post-Pacquiao fight phenomenon called “Monday Morning Quarterbacking.” There is also another sister effect to Monday Morning Quarterbacking. It has been part of our landscape since time immemorial. It is what is referred to by the newer generation as “player hating,” which is often defined as the disliking, resenting, or disapproving of a person due to his/her success or coveted assets. The term “player hater” is often associated with those who are jealous or envious of someone else’s achievements....

Maybe because he's 7 time world champion in 7 weight divisions ?!
Few people say he's the GOAT but he's there among the greatest

I don't think Morales was bigger than him. Anyway, so what ????

He fought Hatton, he fought DLH (who said he was in a good condition to fight so don't tell me he got beaten so bad because he was in bad shape; he wasn't the "greatest" DLH but still the same fighter), he fought Cotto and he fought a HUGE Clottey; he won clearly all the matches. What else do you want???

    Oh come on!!!
At 135 nobody could beat him. Guzman not a chance.
Cotto isn't a natural welter boxer. There was a catch-weight which Cotto didn't have any problem to reach. Cotto said he was in a GREAT shape for the fight. If he said that why do you say the opposite ??? Just don't try to find excuses for Cotto's loss. There aren't any
Marquez fights were very very close. I would be OK with any result in those matches. It happened to be a draw and a very close win for Pacman in the second match.
Marquez did won more rounds than Pacquiao (not as many as you think) but he was knockdown 4 times, that's why it was such a difficult match to score.

Anyway, if you really want to know how good Pacquiao is just go and see all the post-interviews of his opponents and what they think about the filipino.

Of course there's some smoke and mirrors to this Pacquiao thing. Study the matchups carefully and you'll see that. STILL. You can't say the man is overrated. He could still beat everyone and anyone that's left out there. Let's not get ahead of ourselves.

    This is not true.

In his first fight at 126, was he bigger than Yesmagambetov? No.
    Against Barrera?
    Against career featherweight Marquez?
In his first fight at 130 was he bigger than Morales?

In the rematch they were pretty even, the third yes he was bigger. He was bigger against Marquez in their rematch and against Larios.
He was probably the same sizewise against Velazquez and Solis.

David Diaz has fought as high as 147 if I'm not mistaken. Only in three fights was he the bigger fighter, nowhere near "most if not all the time". :huh

Number of fights above 140 is too low to make a comparison. If he does not stop his next opponent , then his KO ratio will be 60% only. If he KO's his next opponent , it will be 80%. He needs more fights at this weight so that we can make a valid determination that his KO power increased.

Pacquiao having higher knockout percentages as he climbs in weight just makes his achievement that much more remarkable.

Five years from now, all these clowns crying on these boards will be forgotten but his achievement will be properly given the recognition it deserves.
