Yeah, but other fighters are getting extra testing. Manny is doing the same testing his has done his whole life, if he has been doping until now then there is absolutely no reason to stop.

I think its a combination of things. 1) he is declining physically 2) they are not training him the way they were. Previously, since he was moving up in uncharted territory, they were very concerned on how he would compete against bigger guys. Because of that uncertainty, i suspect they were training even harder and were stricter with his nutrition. I suspect since he has been fairly successful at fighting the higher weight, the training and nutrition isn't at the same level it was before (not necessarily intentional). 3) lack of motivation. its pretty obvious he has his mind on other things and isn't as mentally focused in boxing as he previously was. That affects the fighter's performance. Look at how Osca De la hoya performed once he started losing focus and became a part time fighter. He no longer came in ripped as he did previously, was always sort of soft and never had that spring he had on his legs as he once did.

 

Manny PAC did not dominate Timonthy Bradley, he missed allot of punches, he looked like a complete ****** most of the time. His power was not destructive, he never knocked down or had Bradley hurt really badly, his work rate was **** aswell. From a technical point of view Bradley looked like the better fighter and fought the better fight, and he is just a good fight all around.

Manny PAC physically has lost it, in a short aiming of them he has want from beng bionic. Immense speed and destructive power, to just being ******ed fighter with above average speed slightly, bad accurate, totally clueless and ******ed when somebody shows him some movement defence, and clever punch selection.

Pacman is finish at elite level, he's not on Mayweathers level.

Ortiz, Khan, Canelo, Brook....

Bradley has great defense actually he took a few shots that buckled him but negated a lot of it by ducking below the belt or moving his head and blocking shots.Matter of fact he made Manny miss unlike you know who cough (Margarito). Who blocks punches with his face.Bradley's defense is actually pretty damn good.
