:yikes He can't even read/fill out a questionnaire for gosh sakes. That tells you all you need to know about his office. What platform is he running under, "let's make our country even more of a laughing stock?"

Pacquiao's international popularity is impressive. But, if we are being honest, it's largely tied to Mayweather. And vice versa. His popularity in the Philippines is no surprise.

Mexican's yes, the other two, no. Mexican's just didn't like a pretty boy, and when he destroyed chavez, it was putting gas onto the fire. So oscar rematches him and goes toe to toe, right into Chavez's backyard, humiliates him again. And the Mexican's only hate him more lol. But North America loved him, he was the first non Heavyweight PPV king. Even his warm up fights would generate more buys than Roy jones mega fights.
Further, if you put Oscar or even Tyson in today's game, they would blow Floyd's numbers away. Social media is such a hype tool now that those guys didn't really have back then to nearly the degree it is today, and that is a good reason for the sales Pac vs Floyd just did (not to mention fans are starving for good PPV fights) And why I said, if GGG does become PPV king, or Kov or a warrior like fighter, they will break the Pac vs Floyd record soon.

When you say we, just who is we? Are you the voice of all Americans?

Interesting take. But doesn't it take a while to start racking up PPV numbers? Pacquiao's most significant fights took place between 2003-2007, but he didn't become a legitimate box office breaking star until after that. (When he fought Oscar)

And then everybody paid for the biggest letdown fight in boxing history.

Most Americans do not like Floyd. It's just that simple. He doesn't have the backing of the general American. Nor the media.

In fact he's pretty much a joke here. The domestic violence scandals. The media's trashing of his win over Pacquiao. His style is like watching paint dry to most Americans. His personality is a turn off to many Americans too.

He doesn't have any wins or performances that galvanized the average American.

Everyone hates Floyd so Manny won a moral victory. Pure casual gold.

There you go again, speaking for most Americans. You don't have that right. All that you are entitled to is your opinion and it's not backed up by any facts. If you don't like the man, that's cool, but every American is not on the same page as you.

He doesn't know "most" Americans and neither do you. Unless you've seen some polls on this you are only speaking for yourself.
