ivan calderon and bernie's grandmother would have beaten oscar that night. at least with those who doesn't want to give pac any credit. ;)

seriously, top welters like cotto or margo could have beaten oscar that night but i don't know if they would take all the rounds. they could stop oscar earlier but they would lose a round or two. let's admit it, pac was too slick and fast for oscar that night but the story doesn't end there, he took the fight to oscar whereas other fighters would be just contented on a points win.

Pretty much anyone Oscar was thinking about fighting that night would have beat him convincingly. Margo, Cotto, PBF would have probably knocked him out. I also remember someone mentioning lesser fighters like Mora fighting him. I don't thing Mora would have won convincingly, but I wouldn't have been suprised if he lost to that caliber of fighter. Oscar was shot that night.

I think plenty of fighters would've beat him as/or even more convincingly that night like Cotto, Mayweather, Mosley, Margarito, Clottey, Hatton **** I even think Zab would've beat him that night, Oscar didn't have any power at all and was to damn weight drained to beat any world class fighters that night imo! Not taking anything away from Paq though he's a true champion and A legend!

Mosley, Margarito, Cotto, Berto, Cintron, Hatton, Holt, Bradley, Urango, Witter, Malignagi, JMM, Guzman, Diaz etc.........

ANYONE from the divisions above and below could have beaten ODLH that night.
Let's take nothing away from Pac, he still had to get to the arena that night and traffic was heavy.

I think any other elite welterweight would have beaten Oscar that night.

and to think before the fight virtually everybody gave pac no chance on winning this fight despite ppl knowing that oscar was going down to 147 for the first time in about 8 years. many ppl actually said here that pac was completely toast as oscar so easily made 147 even a month before the fight. :-(

a number of fighters would have beaten delahoya but not the way pac did it. no one can match pacs speed, punch output and movement combined.

It wasn't getting down to the weight, its HOW he got down to it that screwed him over.

talk is cheap, but pac is the only one to prove it. i dont think those fighters can do what pac did.
