Is Pacquiao this generation’s Roberto Duran?

Surely Pacquiao career and resume stack up better than Duran?

For me Pacquiao is every bit as good as Duran and is arguably better and more of a legend.

On a side note I read Duran’s autobiography recently and the guy does not come across well. Has an excuse for every loss and can never be gracious in defeat and say the better man won.

Even in the Four Kings Duran lost to all of them and was utterly destroyed by Hearns. Then there is no mas.

Actually the more I think of it the harder it is to justify placing Duran above Pacquiao. For me Pacquiao is a fair bit better in terms of legacy, resume, longevity, graciousness and winning record.
