You're a ******. I was posting all the wins I thought were overrated. By your logic I also forgot to post his other 40+ fights.

Scar - I always find your common sense and logical approach to things a breath of sanity.

If you think his resume is not all that good, fill in the gaps and tell us who he SHOULD have fought. When an old De La Hoya is Floyds most respected opponent you have to get a ****ing clue about what you are talking about regarding Pac.

It's the best of pretty much any major fighter of the last 10 years. Especially when you consider the manner of his performances in the bulk of those fights.

Pac's resume is a lot lot better than Floyd's resume.

    Overrated by most Pac fans.
Undervalued by all of his haters.

I think we can all agree that DeLaHoya was drained and useless at 147 for that fight. However, it was Oscar's idea to have the fight at 147. If you all remember correctly, he said he was going back to welterweight and fought Forbes at 150 thinking he was going to fight floyd at 147 that september. that didnt happen but he still wanted to fight at 147 and was looking at cotto. cotto falls to margarito. larry merchant says 'how about pacquiao' and everyone laughs.

Oscar was supposed to smack Pac around that night. It was viewed as a terrible mismatch and joke. And then, well we all know what happened.

So, for people to now say that Pac's win over Oscar doesn't count is just ridiculous.

Yes, Oscar was a shell, but the weight was his idea. It was supposed to be an easy win so he can ride off into the sunset a winner.

You cant write off that win for Pac. He destroyed him.

Resume is resume. It's a list of names, no details. That's how these statistic geeks make it sound half the time. Laughable of anyone to try and discredit Pacquiao's. Resumes don't come much more eye-popping than Manny Pacquiao's.

Yeah, I'd agree with this ranking.

It's hard to deny that Morales was on the slide, but considering that this is still Erik Morales we're talking about, a win for Pac in Pac-EM II was still a very good win. Other than that I agree with most of your points.

One other thing people should consider about Pac's wins is how he won those fights. Barring the 2 Marquez fights, the way he won is a huge part of how impressive his resume is. He didn't squeak by with a small points win, he dominated his opponents in almost all his biggest wins against the biggest names. Heck even in the 2 Marquez fights he still managed to drop Marquez 4 times, and even if you feel that he lost those fights, that's still an impressive feat and was enough to banish any of those comments that Marquez "schooled" Pacquiao.
