Is Pacquiao's troubles this camp real or just a psychological ploy?

I have read the articles, the blogs at this websites and others about Pacquiao's apparent distractions as well as lack of focus in training. I also watched the first three installments of 24/7. It seemed to me that throughout all three, I saw a determined Margarito talk about the fight, albeit cocky at times. And I saw frustration and concern on Ariza and Roach's view while Pacquiao seems to be ok.

So is this all true about what's going on in Pacman's camp or is this just psychological warfare on Pacman's camp to give Marg's a false sense of winning?

What are everyone's thought on this?

Marg's camp treats it as excuse whereas I think there must be some truth but it could psychological warfare and embellishment going on here.
