No its definitely on Channel 4. andrew's exageratting that its on all the next day, its not.

If you look back a few pages on this forum, there is a big topic about whether JLC would be a better host than Dave darts or not, it's a great read.

Serious JLC did a bit of boxing I hear that's why he got the gig, he already has a contract with channel 4 so it makes sense and he has the whole " sport presenting " experience with his time presenting The Games back in the day.

Five has signed top television personality ****** Lee Collins to an exclusive two-year deal, it was announced today (THURS).

******’s first series to launch Five’s new autumn season will be the brand new primetime game show Heads Or Tails – one coin – one player – one call to win £1million. ****** will also front a raft of new entertainment and factual shows over the coming months.

Richard Woolfe, Five’s Channel Controller, said: “****** is undoubtedly a unique TV phenomenon who is equally at home in a big studio, out on location or being around the public or celebrities. He exudes warmth, passion and guarantees to put a smile on everyone’s face. He is indeed the new face of Five.

“I’m delighted to have secured ****** at such a pivotal point for Five. We have just celebrated 14 weeks of continued growth – the only terrestrial to do so. Five continues to attract big names and ****** is a key player in our great autumn line up.”

****** Lee Collins, said: “I am thrilled to bits to be working exclusively with Five and to be making shows that I’m really passionate about.”

This new, primetime, ten-part series gives members of the public the chance to become a millionaire on the toss of a coin. Friends and family and celebrity guests can be called on to help the player make simple but agonising choices. With £1 million at stake, it’s the biggest decision of their lives and all they must do is call Heads Or Tails to secure the life-changing jackpot.

****** joins Five’s exciting stable of stars which includes Ian Wright, Kate Walsh, Melinda Messenger, Natasha Kaplinsky, Alex Polizzi, Ross Noble, Paul Merton, Robson Green and Louise Redknapp, bolstering further the channel’s rapidly growing slate of entertainment programmes.

Head Or Tails is an Eyeworks UK production for Five. The executive producers are Paul Jackson and Guy Freeman. Five’s new Head of Entertainment, Donna Taberer, will executive produce for the channel.

    Notes to Editors:

Five is currently enjoying 14 consecutive weeks of year-on-year share growth.

Five is the only terrestrial whose family of channels’ share is up year on year (1.5%).

In the first six months of 2009 Five has beaten ITV1 13% of the time and Channel 4 40% of the time between 9pm and 11pm.
