IS PARKER "SNEAKING UP" on JOSHUA?

He seems as prepared as I've seen him, which is great - but AJ seems as focussed and fierce as I've seen him, which also scares me.

Anyone saying AJ is overlooking Parker seem to be missing something. He has his focus on Parker like he is something he needs to destroy in order to make the fights he hopes for to happen. They both have a similar amount of drive but fuelled in a different kind of way.

I really don't know how this is going to play out, but it'd be wonderful if it became a classic.

 

I’m really banking on this to be a great bout, which I think it will first off. Parker is absolutely loving all the media attention you can just tell he’s never had the sort of magnitude of a build up before and he’s just revelling in the atmosphere. Me personally I don’t know if Parker will win, he seems to have had a good training camp and we might get little droplets of news about sparring or recently his surgery and listen I’m not saying Parker isn’t going to better post surgery but they are always going to say he’s better and stronger, wouldn’t make sense for them to downplay his chances after his elbow op. That being said Joshua is focused, he seems from what the public have been shown to be doing well, the whole weight issue seems to have been addressed but I don’t think he’s going to be as light as people think he should be, I think he’s going to come on big but not as big as his previous fights. As far as predictions go, I know what my heart wants (Joshua) and I know in my head it’s constantly changing from Joshua to parker and then back again. I just can’t wait for Saturday, irrespective of the result I just want to see these two champions out everything on the line, I want Parker to get a fair shake being he is going into the lions den, and I also want Joshua to perform out of his skin to prove any doubters wrong even though he doesn’t have to. Parker is always going to have a chance and will always be in the fight unless he gets sloppy like we have seen him get before, if he does that he can lose it within seconds, the same goes for Joshua. I’m just pumped for the fight and I hope it delivers because I want my £19.95’s worth !!!!

 

Can you imagine Dave Higgins going bezerk in the ring after Parker stops Joshua with a devastating combination?

Really hope Parker brings his A-Game here, I want to see him do the business, he’s a gentleman inside and outside the ring.
