Is Paul Williams fast?

I don't understand why any1 thinks Paul has great timing, he throws so many punches that he uses no timing whatsoever

Naw bro! I like Paul and believe he's the truth! But he's not incredibly fast. With his style being that he always punches in combination and that he is so lanky he looks faster than he really is. But you put him in there with a truly fast puncher and you'll see he working with avg or just above avg speed at the higher weight classes.
