    His only losses are to Sergio Martinez and Carlos Quintana.

    IMO : Yes. He fought most of his foes while in their prime.

    ps. Two-time WBO Welterweight Champion as well as interim WBO Light Middleweight Champion.

    Hasnt done enough to get in...Even if he didnt have his accident and fought on, I dont think he would have gotten in because he lacks the quality wins.

    There's no need for this.
    When can it become clear that Paul should be off limits? He's not a HOF'r but as boxing fans,he should have our respect and sympathy.
    Can we just let the guy get on with his very difficult future without having to knock his credentials.
