You beat me to it...Most people who say that Williams was dominated are telling a bold face lie...I seriously dont see how a person that won a fight on the scorecards 116-112, 115-113(twice) can call that dominant performance is beyond me.:huh



A dominat performance is what Mosley did to Margorito...Their is a big difference there.

He's not special, he's successful because of his height and reach advantage. But that alone makes him good enough to fight on a high level @ 147 and 154.

 

147 will be hard to make soon, but I dont think he should go above 160 pounds. Stay at 154 for a while and try to unify some of the belts, make a statement. Then in a few years hit up 160 and clean them out to unify the middleweight crown and then retire on top as the best middleweight i nthe world. That is if he's good enough, but thats what I would do if I was him.

 

I actually wish Williams would quit all this division hopping. In my opinion he should settle in at 154, beat everybody, whoop a couple rising stars, and move to 160 AFTER KP is gone.

His height in his weight class, and his punch output is special. But, Williams has already been outboxed in his loss. Now, he could be improving, and the Winky Wright fight will really tell us how this Williams guy that you love so much is coming along. We'll see. exactly, he's using his god given tools to fight at an elite level in a combat sport. Makes him pretty special doesnt it.

No one shits on Lennox Lewis for using his reach to his advantage. He's a tall skinny dude naturally. If he fought on the inside he'd be a dip****.

 

Technically he's not a special fighter, Quintana proved it. He has so many holes to be called special.

Like I said he's successful because he is fighting smaller guys.

And bringing Lewis was really ignorant, Lewis not only was just big, technically he was an A level fighter.

You can't be a special fighter with only physical advantages, technical abilities is the most important aspect of being a special fighter.
