As for Williams and Wright:

What a joke. Williams is a ****ing welterweight, I don't blame Top Rank for apparently turning down that offer.

Wright talks a big talk, but in reality, no one is ducking him. And I get the impression from Pavlik that he really does not like him, considering he says "he's a guy I'd love to smack around." when Pavlik never says that about anybody.

 

As a Pavlik supporter I love this current trend. Every time someone starts another "let's hate on Pavlik thread" even many of Kelly's harshest critics jump all over the op. I like it!

 

There is a long back story between Pavlik and Winky. When Pavlik was on his way up they called Winky out several times. Winky ignored them. That's actually part of the reason for the McKart fight. They couldn't get Winky, but McKart, being the type of fighter he is, jumped at the opportunity to challenge for the NABF title. Anyway, after Pav beat JT, Winky pretty much demanded a fight. Arum told him to go fight Sturm, and come back with something Kelly wants. Winky ignored them again. That's why you have the normally reserved and respectful KP saying, "Wnky Wright? Now there's a guy I'd LOVE to smack around the ring" among other things.
