it's like u said it's all a matter of perspective ....but i personally feel he shouldnt worry about being stripped, cuzz we all know he's the real champ, belt or no belt right?

besides they're ez to pick up these days, especially in a drained division like his, so the question is what does he need then? and that answer would be a big win, and Williams could of provided that,...

but like i said it aint final in my eyes untill the post fight interview, what he does next will determine whether he ducked or not but as of now it looks bad for him

Monstar said it best, "but like i said it aint final in my eyes untill the post fight interview, what he does next will determine whether he ducked or not but as of now it looks bad for him". See you all in a month!

Tonight Pavlik fell just short of calling Williams a fraud. He was basically laughing at the idea of Williams being "the most feared" fighter around, and straight up called him out. Arum was standing right next to KP, and backed his play. The Bob Father publicly offered Team Williams the exact same deal they already agreed to, and signed for.

A staph infection in the hand of a fighter could potentially be career ending or, even worse, life ending...it's serious business and no one should be criticizing kelly Pavlik for being cautious after an illness like this...a bad staph infection could lead to lung or heart failure if not treated properly.

It's highly likely that he will have hand problems for the remainder of his career as a result.

    Unprofessional? Don't think so.

Kelly Pavlik will fight Paul Williams and kick his ass!!

Is Kelly ducking PW? No way...this is the fight that his career needs and the fight that he and Arum truly want.

Is Pav ducking PW...no....but why wont Pav fight Mundine :huh

Mundine V Pav would have been a better warm up than Espino...lets face facts....Mundine would help Pav get ready for PW

Espino gave Pav nothing today apart for a target that sits in front to hit.

Mundine wont do that and more important PW wont either.

Mundine has tried to get a fight with PAV for 1 year with no reply....anybody know why?

Mundine? Mundine is good at managing his career. He forfeited his SMW belt rather than face Kessler again. He wants NONE of Pavlik. Take that one to the bank.

Mundine should have never been at SMW in the first place.

154 is where Mundine will fight at now and maybe up to 160 if he can get Pavlik or Sturm to fight him.

All this crap no money for fights is BS:deal

Mundine v Pavlik in Australia would be huge.....in the USA its just another fight....in AUST its a megga fight.

40,000 people through the gate and 250,000 PPV's just here.....thats $10,000,000 to split between the fighters teams after cost.

Oh and World PPV as well :hey

So why wont Pav fight Mundine.....Mundines team has offered many times over the past year without any reply.

For the record I think Pav beats Mundine but it wont be easy....Mundines fast and wont sit in front of Pav to get hit.

Fighting Mundine would be the perfect way to warm up for PW :deal

We just saw how much money RRJ made fighting Green over here....why wont PAV get on his bike:huh

He cant be concerned about losing :think

You talk about the "bank"....how much did Pav make fighting Espino?

Australia seems to be its own little world when it comes to boxing. I don't think you will seriously see many belt holders going there. Mundine has no pop at 160. Shouldn't have been at 168? Look how long it took him to boil down from 168 before he got to the 160 limit. Where he 'stole' a belt in my opinon that the Aussies seem to think is a real world title?

It is a very big island, but it is still an island you live on.
