    Now, after the fight, we all know that it was a very bad move, a completely false decision to challenge BHop.

    Will Pavlik recover from this boxing lession?

    What happens if he gets koed by Abraham (who by no means is comparable to BHop, but also has the weapons to beat him)?

    What happens then?

    He's past his best. Let's face it, Pavlik hasn't been in his prime for years. Hopkins just beat an old man and the win doesn't mean...

    Wait a minute, Hopkins is American. Pavlik was in his prime and is an ATG who could beat Carlos Monzon by KO within 2 rounds.

    EVERYTIME an unbeaten fighter gets beat for the first time, he MUST be past his prime, or shot.

    Of course not, but I always thought that due to his style Pavlik would be done by age 30. He is the pefect example of peaking young and fading early imo.

    Well, sucks for AA though, now it's only worth half as much if he knocks out Pavlik.

    pavlik is at the peak of his career and just happened to get completely schooled by the better fighter.

    nah. pavlik is young and has the opportunity to improve himself. he was just beaten by the a superior fighter.
