in comparison to the competition out there at his weight, what else do people want. he has shown to win and win impressively; thats what has gotten him the hype. Does he have flaws? Yes, but he does more things right than wrong and thats what has gotten him his wins.

I have to admit. I'm white and its damn good to see a white fighter knocking brotha's out. Thats a big reason why I route for him because good white fighters FROM AMERICA are rare these days. Plus he's humble, respectful and thats a refreshing change after watching guys like Mayweather. Call me racist if you will but I'm just being honest here. I'm willing to bet most of Mayweather's fanboys are Black.

There's no doubt he can fight, but he's not as good as people make him out to be.

White Collar??? Don't tell a hard working guy from Youngstown that he's white collar. Pavliks about as blue collar as it gets.

I get tired of the entire race BS I hear all the time.

No wonder race relations suck and this nation is falling apart.

I watch boxing to see exciting fights and exciting fighters. Pavlik is an exciting guy to watch and he is a good boxer.

He has KOed top quality opponents. Stop this race pandering bulls*@t.

I think he would be more hyped. A nice, young, motivated black man with killer fists and a slender frame would be just as hyped if not more

He isn't great, but he's certinaly hyped and white :good

I dread to think what it would be like if he was black. Jeff Lacy, but 10X worse

    Simple to answer...

    No, he's not.

He can box, he can bang hard, fast and often, he has two belts and he's young and will improve.

But he's beatable at this stage of his career. Just have a look at the first fight against Taylor. It was Taylor who was unable to finish him off. Other fighters would have accomplished that task.

Probably because i think White fighters get underhyped and perceived as being lousy fighters, yet when there is a black fighter who has muscles (Jeff Lacey) he is looked on as a kind of God whilst in reality not being all that great.

Just my take on people who i watch boxing with and who ive had talks with.

As a boxer though i think Kelly is very predictable.
