Is PBF 1st ever to retire without having ever taken a legitimate knockdown?

This is not true. Officially he was down against Hernandez. If you choose to ignore that and not respect the official call then you have to conisder that he was down against Judah. Floyd fans discount it and say that it was just a flash knockdown but if we are going to get that teqnical then I can name a ton of KD's that should have never counted.

I was unaware of the Hernandez KD. It appears PBF was knocked down then. He was officially by Hernandez, and if you don't accept that then he was therefore by logic, knocked down by Judah. Cheers guys

    He was down against Hernandez.

If you don't consider this -destroying the line between official and real- then you have to consider the one against Judah.

    Round 1, 2, 3, 4, or 5.

I can't remember, but it was early in the fight.

Vitali Klitschcko had the honor of never being knocked down, but has been stopped twice.

No, it doesn't. You can be knocked down not as the result of a punch. It just needs to be due to weakness of the fighter.

I'm getting sick of your idiocy. If you're going to make ******ed statements, at least back it up.

Sorry man. I am not 100% sure but I think it might have been the 5th. Judah lands a good left hand that catches floyd off balance and Floyd has to put his hand down to avoid ending up on his kness. His glove touched the canvass without a doubt.

Duilio Loi and Billy Graham both retired never having tasted the canvas, both in over 100 fights.

Has anyone seen the Genaro Hernandez fight? His only official knockdown was against Carlos Hernandez but against Genaro he went down and it was ruled a slip....but i'm not too sure.

Looks like the fight's been taken down from youtube. It was early in the fight, but soon after it turned into a "gatti style beatdown". Mind you Hernandez was knocked down aswell and the ref also failed to recognise it as a knockdown.
