    I'm inclined to think that often he's not getting cornered at all, but setting a trap.

    The man in your avatar is also exlent against the ropes. Both Mayweather and Hopkins are always standing right up not bending over. Able to see everything coming at them, and able to respond.

    You mean he's wanting to take body shots and hits to set a trap? Nah, I don't buy it.. He just doesn't have the legs he used to have and isn't as good as Whitaker imo
