while both Holmes and Ali were past prime, in terms

Call me crazy but I think this past fight and the criticism he's bound to get will light a fire under his ass and Povetkin will seem like a different fighter from here on out.

So far he's been kind of a disappointment though. I mean the guy was basically an amateur legend! :verysad I still expect him to win a couple more belts AFTER the Klitschkos retire.

Look the guy was pretty good under the guidance of Teddy Atlas and was fighting at a championship level of boxing.

Without Atlas in Povetkins corner he was fat, lazy, unorganized and unmotivated, period. It was a miracle he could even beat Huck.

Bowe took on a prime Holyfield in one of the best trilogies ever and a prime Golota. Povetkin got dropped by a cruiserweight and most likely lost to one Holyfield would have used as target practice.
