He's not even an ATG in his own house.

A better than average heavy in an era of rubbish heavy's.

Hell he struggled with Huck - but he would have a chance with Lewis. Tyson. Luis. Ali etc etc...

He might be the 2nd best heavy around at moment but until he beats wlad beating chagev and takem doesn't really amount to much in the great scheme of things

 

Lewis struggled with Levi Billups.

 

He beat Peter and Kirk Johnson,both of them destroyed Maskaev.
Ad Maskaev > than Rahman.

So no, his resume isn't that thin

 

Johnson was in repulsing shape for that fight. He never weighed anywhere near as much as he did for Vitali.

Ditto on Peter, though I'm not much of a fan of triangle theories. Maskaev claims to have his number and Rahman might have been different than the powerful, but severely limited Peter. A lacking resume overall.

You'd prefer he was struggling against people like Molina and Duhapas? He'll never be regarded as an atg but head two head he is a headache in any era.
