Is Povetkin V Price the funniest fight in boxing right now?

Last I saw everyman favourite Plucky Price he was using the ring ropes as a hammock after gassing towards the end of a six rounder, tactically having a little chillax.

Do you have a round in mind for a Pov stoppage or is Pricey's power simply too much?

I don't even think the odds are remotely wide enough in this case (6/1 to 11/1), as Price would have a 9 to 16,6% chance here.
But that's probably done by bookies to prevent having to pay out too much if Povetkin suffers a stroke while in the ring.

Even current Povetkin is by far the best fighter Price has ever been in the ring with, and with his own current form I can only see one outcome.

I dont find fights like this funny. Price getting sacrificed in a fight so low it cant even be called a showcase fight, I dont think they even have words for fights like this, and because of it he will take more pointless damage to his brain in a complete mismatch of epic proportions.

I **** all over Garcia vs Rios. But as bad as that was, this matchup makes that one look like a good fight.

A fight like this shouldnt get sanctioned, imo. Luckily for price his chin wont let him take a sustained beating.

David Price is one of my favorite heavyweights, always entertaining no matter the case. Godspeed to him. But if he loses by KO, which is likely, he should retire and never fight again.

I agree. and that interview with Price makes me feel even worse(Price is a good and honest dude with a good head on his shoulders) But like you said, his poor chin will probably protect him more likely than not.

That's not bad. He can buy a brand new white van, a completely new set of plumbing and joinery tools and have enough left over to employ three apprentice plumbers for one year.

If Pricey pulls off the upset he'd be instantly getting himself into a big money fight. He takes that, gets knocked out but makes his retirement money right there.

i hope for priceys sake the entrance walk isnt too far, it would be a shame if he collapsed half way to the ring on such a big occasion. seriously though i think povetkin could ko him when they go to touch gloves.

Ask the question again when they're holding charity fundraisers for Price.

This is a terrible matchup. Everyone involved should be ashamed.
