your very right. it is achievable with diet and hard work BUT he used to have to lose a lot of weight in a very short period of time whilst improving/maintaing other areas of his game such as skill and fitness, strength, stamina dieting/ losing weight fast can really take it out of you and effect your strengh and stamina and fitness especially when you do it naturally. some one in ricky's position cannot sacrifice these things Kerry kayes (his nutritionist and strenghth coach) is an expert on P.E.Ds. whos to say ricky hasnt took up some of his expertise on this subject these drugs dont just put muscle on you they can help boost your strength and stamina, conditioning and fitness. t3/t4, eca, clen to name some really help shed the pounds quickly
e.c.a and clen are considered peds arent they its debatable whether any steroid directly burns fat like eca and clen. though there are a few that give muslcles a better appearance by shedding water and hardning the muslce there are some steroids that help suppress apetite which obviously helps one lose weight.
Nice bit of libel there - I think what you meant to say was Kayes is an expert on legal supplements. I can't believe that people think that a former professional athlete known for his work ethic in training couldn't lose a couple of stone in 8 months. He was never as fat as people said anyway, he's short and stocky so any weight gain looks worse than what it actually is.
Mate, have a word with yourself Ricky has spent a considerable period of his life gaining (and then losing) large amounts of weight, he'll know the process inside out. Why should we doubt him now?
i think you want to have a word with yourself for being naive and not reading everything i said I am not saying that imn 100 percent sures ricky took peds. imn just raising an argument that he could of done. He could of been one of these guys who the weight just falls off once he starts dieting and training hard i think hes naturally done it over the last few months but theres a great chance he was doing something during his career when ricky was fighting the authorities werent as hot on it as they have been over the last 18 months theres been load of boxer caught out who you would never EVER say were on peds
its rumoured that kayes is an expert on roids. he was a former bodybuilder and good mates with a lot of bodybuilder most notably dorian yates his former partner in cnp your right that he could lose all that weight naturally in 8 months. i was just saying about his fighting days in that he had to lose a lot of weight in 3-4 months
for some anavars great for losing fat as it suppresses apetite. there are studys that show it decreased SQ abdominal fat and also tended to produce favorable changes in visceral fat
Maybe he stopped drinking 10 pints a day, washed down with a curry or a kebab at 2am. That might explain it.
